The program governing the standards for professional retraining in sectoral translation, professional communication implementation, and e-learning material development for the agricultural sector in a foreign language is a crucial initiative aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of professionals in this field. Upon completion of the professional retraining programme, learners will be able:

- to acquire a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge essential for success in the field. They will be proficient in utilizing digital tools and technologies to enhance translation processes, streamline communication, and improve overall efficiency in their work;

- to demonstrate proficiency in using specialized software and platforms for translation, such as CAT tools and machine translation systems, to produce high-quality and accurate translations in various sectors, to adapt to different translation challenges and requirements, applying best practices and strategies to deliver effective and culturally sensitive translations;

- to hone their skills in managing multilingual content and collaborating with diverse teams in a digital environment, to be equipped to handle complex projects, coordinate workflow, and ensure timely delivery of translations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism;

- to possess a solid understanding of the principles of professional communication, including intercultural communication, tone, and style, enabling them to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in diverse contexts, to craft clear, concise, and engage content tailored to specific audiences and purposes.
